Our client, an innovative company experiencing rapid growth, is looking for a German Speaking Junior Sales Support to join their team and support their expanding sales operations across Europe. The Role As a German Speaking Junior Sales Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting the European account management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client interactions across German-speaking markets. Your responsibilities will include: Handling phone calls and web chats from clients in Germany and Switzerland. Supporting with administrative tasks, such as booking travel, managing documents and coordinating with installers for project updates and photos. Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry. Sending out Trustpilot review requests and completing booking forms as required. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude. The ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency. Fluency in both English and German.
