As a Claims Validator, you will have the opportunity to join their established team and play a crucial role in reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work.About The Job:As a Claims Validator, you will work closely with a network of Restoration specialists, local suppliers, and clients to assess and validate claims. You will liaise with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work, ensuring repair schedules are efficient and aligned with client requirements. Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong negotiation skills will be key in successfully reconciling costs and claim coverage.What you'll be doing:Building relationships with a network of suppliersEnsuring effective communication between all key stakeholdersValidating costs and claim coverageReconciling work carried outAdhering to service levels and client philosophiesLiaising with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of workNavigating roadblocks to reach an agreement on scope of worksBeneficial skills:Negotiation skills and a natural talent for connecting with peoplePassionate about working as part of a collaborative teamAbility to prioritise and manage workload effectivelyAttention to detail and investigative qualitiesPrevious experience validating claims or strong insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential.
