Our Customer team is at the heart of building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. Within Customer, you’ll touch different elements of marketing, from Brand strategy and Marketing to customer loyalty. Fundamental to your learning experience will be gaining knowledge of how customer data and insight fuel decision making and shape the relationships we have with our customers in a personalised way. During your 10-week paid programme we’ll give you real-life experience in Customer. You’ll also develop new skills, from how you build relationships with colleagues and suppliers to building your commercial awareness. Plus, you’ll have a buddy on hand to support you all the way. You’ll be supported through your programme with a variety of learning that will build your skills and develop your knowledge. It will be a mix of leadership training, networking and time with our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) networks and leadership team. A successful internship with us can guarantee your place on our Customer Graduate Programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study. On track for a 2:2 We’re looking for individuals with a passion for developing our brand, and always putting the customer first. It’s not essential that you have any previous experience but it definitely helps if you have a creative mind, and curious of market trends and changes.
