We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive (1+ PQE) to join our dynamic legal team based in Bedfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for commercial property law to work within a forward-thinking firm offering a supportive and collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage and advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and developments.
📌 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
📌 Provide clear, concise legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
📌 Work with both commercial and residential clients across various sectors, including retail, office, and industrial property.
📌 Assist in managing and developing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
📌 Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide integrated legal solutions.
📌 Take ownership of files from start to finish, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
📌 Keep up to date with developments in commercial property law and market trends.
Skills & Experience:
✅ 1+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law (either as a solicitor or legal executive).
✅ Excellent knowledge of commercial property transactions, leases, and the relevant legislation.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
✅ A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Ideally, experience in a similar environment with exposure to high-quality commercial property work.
