My client, a dedicated non-profit organisation based close to Sandhurst, is currently seeking a Database & Fundraising Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background to support the organisation's fundraising efforts and ensure smooth management of their donor database. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Client Details My client, a dedicated non-profit organisation based close to Sandhurst Description Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Support the fundraising team with data management, reporting, and analysis. Process donations and assist with the coordination of fundraising campaigns. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. Assist with donor communications, mailings, and event logistics. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Profile Key Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong administrative skillset. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with CRM systems is desirable, but not essential. A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Job Offer Benefits: Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, pro-rated for a 6-month contract.
