Job Description
* Effectively manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
* Prepare necessary documentation for meetings and conferences.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
* Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence.
* Ensure smooth operation of the office through efficient administrative support.
* Prepare reports, memos, invoices and other documents.
* Provide support in special projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Interim Executive Assistant' should have:
* A solid understanding of office management systems and procedures.
* Experience working within a finance directorate.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc.
* Exemplary planning and time management skills.
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
* High level verbal and written communication skills.
* Discretion with personal and confidential information.
