We have the pleasure of supporting a returning client, a highly regarded US headquartered VC who set up their first office in London in the last few years, because they are growing their team and a new role has been created - to become their next EA - a 1:1 role supporting a well regarded, passionate and growing VP and helping with general Office Management responsibilities (serviced office).
Highlights: A welcoming and passionate team culture, internationally renowned business, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH (Fridays) each week with extra flex during quiet periods, collaboration, highly competitive salary plus bonus and exceptional benefits and the scope to grow with them long term.
A varied, immersive role where you will support the VP with diary management, scheduling meetings, appointments, scheduling national and international travel and accommodation, meeting coordination and preparing agendas, document production, expenses management, and events organisation (investor events, team events/off-sites). This includes researching venues, managing guest lists, preparing briefing documents, and hospitality needs (hosting on-site events alongside the team, meeting guests, organising refreshments, etc.) to providing the basic day-to-day Office Management needs in a new serviced office. This includes organizing group lunch orders and weekly food orders to keep the office well stocked, liaising with facilities/building management, vendor relationship management, and internal and external communications.
You will have around 3-5 years experience in a role as an EA/PA/Team Assistant with basic Office Management skills/experience preferred but not essential, ideally from a VC/Investment or similar business where you are well versed in fast-paced, varied environments. You may feel undervalued, your role may have grown but your salary hasn't, or you may just need a fresh start - then we want to hear from you. You will have a natural energy for support, want to get stuck in to ensure the VP's day runs smoothly, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be looking for a long-term opportunity. Graduate calibre preferred.
If this is for you then please apply today. Leaman Consulting are an equal opportunities employer.
