Purpose of the role Based at our site in Slough but travelling to all our sites in the south, this role involves carrying out day-to-day Quality Department functions, primarily focusing on warehousing and transport activities within Movianto UK. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory legislation, including the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for Medicinal Products, ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001. How you'll make an impact as a Quality Officer at Movianto: Oversee all quality activities within the region, ensuring compliance to regulatory and internal standards. Lead investigations into deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA management. Ensure accurate reporting and temperature data management for storage facilities. Assist in training staff on QA and GDP processes. Support internal audits and assist with external audits and client visits. Promote quality management systems and practices to maintain high standards across all operations. What it will take to thrive as a Quality Officer at Movianto: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality department certified to ISO9001 or ISO13485. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries or other regulated sectors. Strong knowledge of ISO9001 auditing, GDP guidelines, and quality management systems. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, team-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
