The Opportunity:
Are you our next Aerodrome Training Team Lead. We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for are our Training Department.

What's the role?
An inspirational leadership role, motivating, coaching and developing the team to deliver excellent training interventions in line with regulatory requirements. The Aerodrome Training Team Leader is responsible for QA and compliance for all training products to meet the needs of the business and regulators, coordinating training in line with necessary operational plans.
What you'll be doing?
* Lead, develop and motivate the team of trainers, managing internal quality assurance, and continuous professional development to maximise productivity.
* Delivering training resource plans ensuring allocation of trainers with relevant skill sets, influencing the team to consider alternative solutions by using a test and learn philosophy.
* Delivery of all Aerodrome training modules, for internal and external customers, effectively managing their needs to deliver commercial outcomes.
* Influencing internal and external customers to understand the importance of training, reducing non completions and ensuring compliance across the Airfield. Is GAL aerodrome consortium Lead.
* Ensuring all training is audited and reported in line with current regulations.
Do you have what we're looking for?
* Line Manager and training planning experience.
* Working knowledge of CAP 700 – Operational Safety Competences
* Working knowledge of CAP 642 – Airside Safety and CAP 790 Airside Driving
* Proven operational experience and working knowledge of the airside operations environment and procedures.
* Highly effective organisational skills: (e.g. able to manage own workload to deliver against deadlines and targets)
* Has strong stakeholder management skills – confident to engage with senior managers and the regulator?
* Excellent communication skills written and oral – able to give concise instructions to trainers and write up and feedback on IQA.
