Health and Safety Manager responsibilities include -
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across all buildings.
Maintain accident records, investigate incidents, and report under RIDDOR.
Develop, update, and maintain health & safety policies and risk assessments.
Conduct training, inductions, and promote workplace health & safety best practices.
Manage contractor permits, visitor registers, and ensure compliance with protocols.
Collaborate with management to drive improvements and attend relevant training.Health and Safety Manager desirable skills and education -
Strong HSE experience within a manufacturing environment.
