By CT Skills Internal in Nottingham CT Skills 3 December 2024 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated assessor to train and assess our apprenticeship learners in Teaching Assistant up to Level 5, also supporting with the delivery of Early years qualifications up to level 3. This is a full-time role, largely remote but could include some travel. A driving license and access to a car is therefore essential. Enhanced DBS clearance is also required. The Role You will be working in partnership with employers to support their employees through the full apprenticeship program. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ performance and knowledge throughout their training in teaching assistant and early years qualifications, through one-to-one and group sessions. You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with both learners and employers, being an ambassador for CT Skills and our offering. The Individual We value your industry knowledge and experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others. You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, and proven experience of delivering training and assessing learners would be an advantage.
