Key Responsibilities -
1. Remain highly organised to plan and distribute the workload effectively.
2. Raise all movement orders for plant machinery. Ensure that these orders are in place before delivery of the products that fall within STGO.
3. Maintain accurate records of all driver holidays and absence.
4. Working closely with the Head of Transport, Depot Manager & Transport Manager - raise order numbers, parts & labour to local suppliers.
5. Support vehicle inspections and compliance events with the Transport Manager.
6. Find new ways of working, streamline processes and improve standards where possible.
7. Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met across the department.
