As our Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and executing industry-leading events that engage, educate, and inspire our audience across our portfolio of brands. What will you do? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing successful events within the financial, marketing or professional services sectors. The Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event analysis. Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Identify and secure event venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Plan and manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, catering, audiovisual requirements, and on-site coordination. Create and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance. Collaborate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to deliver engaging and high-quality event content. Monitor event performance metrics, conduct post-event evaluations, and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our events remain innovative and competitive. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are tracked and accounted for. What will you need? Proven event planning experience (corporate, trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events). Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously from concept to completion. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple departments, such as marketing, sales and solutions. Experience in event marketing strategy development, including digital promotion (email, social media, content marketing). Experience negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and coordinating with venues and third-party vendors (A/V, catering, security, etc.). Knowledge & Skills: Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management. Understanding of how to build engaging event agendas and align with broader company goals. Active engagement with industry publications, conferences, or networks. Ideal Background: Proven experience in event execution, preferably in SaaS, tech, financial or enterprise services. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments where marketing is accountable for revenue contribution. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. What will you get?
