Collaborate with the Senior Leadership, BU Directors and Operations Directors in Finance, Supply Chain & Operations to drive excellence across our global business. Enhance process efficiencies and support global technology to support the Morgan Highlander Programme. Work collaboratively to enable our vision for one Global Process and one Global Highlander Platform. Drive continuous improvement and maintain industry best practice. End-to-end process owner for their respective area (either Sales, Finance, Supply Chain or Operations ). Process Owners must have a good appreciation of End-to-End processes crossing multiple disciples. Ability to work within a cross functional team – understand the impact of your process and the flow to the next process even when it’s outside of your primary Process Taxonomy. Experience in Manufacturing, Financial reporting, Supply chain management Highlander Programme key responsibilities Oversee and drive process design/re-design, policy revision, workflow etc., as well as inputs to change impact analysis management. Align the Global Process to the Highlander Global Solution Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&SCM Understand the functional steps in the Highlander Global Solution to conduct processes within your areas of the Global Taxonomy. Review Process design changes and escalate to relevant approval boards, work with business leaders to implement the desired change impacts. Identify areas for continuous improvement. Work with the Business on Continuous improvement and process Optimisation Work with End/Key User SME community to prepare them for Highlander phases, discovery, playback, get fit workshops, change management, acceptance testing of the solution, training & testing. Support the business during the deployment of Highlander with validation of data in collaboration with the Data Migration Team. Own & Maintain Global & Local approved Process Taxonomy, Process Maps & SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures, with Click Learns) Maintain Test Scenarios and participate in testing the Highlander Solution in line with your process Stay up to date with new process and/or functional requirements Finance Global Process Owner à specifics – a good appreciation of Financial Reporting, KPIs, Tax, Intercompany, Financial disciplines Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Designation of Authorities and approvals, local / global statutory requirements, standard costing, best practice manufacturing disciples to drive improvements in Sales & Operations Planning and more accurate financial KPIs. Role Objectives Work to a agree and approve Process Taxonomy for Process Area Create and Maintain End-to-End Process flows for your Process Area Identify Test Scenarios required to ensure testing and acceptance of each end-to-end process Create and Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for your process area using an agreed template and supported by Click Learns for each Process. Identify critical gaps in the Highlander Solution, support the definition of the requirement, business justification and work closely with solution leads to ensure the gap is designed correctly – represent and present the business justification and ongoing status of the gap resolution to the leadership team. On a day-to-day basis be effective in the use of Highlander Project tools, not limited to DevOPS for managing task, user stories, testing and critical project activities. Engage with the business, develop close relationships with key users, SMEs, understand to Mogan business, coach your community of key users. Keep up to date with safety briefings and conduct site safety tours when on implementation Provide adequate support to Partner functional consultants. Understand the alignment of process to solution, improve you knowledge of the Highlander solution Microsoft D365 CE & F&SCM. Provide necessary support to Data Migration team for validation of config, master and transactional data for each roll-out. Work to keep domain stakeholders updated with project progress and decisions Work with the domain Key Users to ensure that they have a good level of system knowledge and can give appropriate input and feedback when necessary Participate in breakthrough events, continuous improvement initiatives and change management to ensure good adoption of the Global Process and the Global Highlander Platform.
