What you can expect as a Bodyshop Manager: Full Time / Permanent Starting at £45,000 - £55,000 basic Monday-Friday - 45 hours a week Fantastic Bonuses available 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) The Role of a Bodyshop Manager: To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets To identify and improve customer service levels To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies Ensure good communication with Senior Management Teams To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets To manage accounts including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using internal systems To create effective marketing campaigns & keep systems updated To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised What we're looking for: You must have 5 years experience managing in a Bodyshop. You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles You will have proven leadership & managerial skills You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process You will have good administration and IT skills You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence If you feel like you meet the above criteria we would love to hear from you
