Job purpose:
Provide comprehensive support for the effective delivery of programs and events, including developing and maintaining project plans and documentation, resources, and information systems, managing stakeholders, coordinating regular update reports, tracking finances, and monitoring progress against project KPIs.
Assist in product development by conducting relevant research, scoping, and drafting proposals for opportunities. Monitor and evaluate existing programs and projects to assess their impact, implementation, sustainability, and potential for future academy programs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Programme/Product Development Support
6. Assist in identifying potential projects, programmes, and academies, and collaborate on an action plan with the line manager.
7. Support the design and development of programmes.
8. Work with your line manager to ensure programme schedules are tailored to regional needs and specifics.
9. Contribute to discussions on product development and explore potential market opportunities.
Project Coordination
10. Provide comprehensive support throughout the life cycle of all programmes, including Cyber Academies, Foundations, and CyberStart.
11. Develop, implement, and manage effective project plans in a dynamic environment.
12. Assist in initiating and conducting kickoff meetings for new projects.
13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing conflicting priorities without compromising quality or delivery.
14. Coordinate the setup and execution of programmes and pilots, including resource allocation, licensing, courses, collateral, webcasts, partner communications, and reports.
15. Organize and maintain all project-related documentation.
16. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
17. Serve as the main point of contact for project customers, ensuring effective relationship management and communication.
18. Build and maintain an information system with version control for programmes, projects, and events.
19. Monitor and report on programme/project spending related to your activities.
20. Identify and manage project risks, documenting lessons learned for actionable insights.
21. Actively manage and schedule tasks to ensure alignment with programme/project goals, adhering to best practices in time, cost, quality, and effectiveness.
22. Document and report lessons learned, turning them into actionable insights.
23. Provide regular updates to your line manager and stakeholders, including dashboard reporting.
24. Produce reports that demonstrate the impact and implementation of programmes/projects/academies using effective monitoring, evaluation, and impact practices, including case studies and statistics.
Other Responsibilities
25. Assist in broader industry engagement activities as needed.
26. Manage external event staff and ensure their duties are properly fulfilled.
27. Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

29. £37,000-£40,000 salary + benefits available.
