Working 18.25 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, in the school office, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMiS data base, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds including the operation of the ParentPay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.
You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This job is temporary until no later than 9 October 2025.
