Strategy
Strategy Development: Formulate comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of luxury hotels, considering brand positioning, target audience, and market trend
Client Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with luxury hotel clients, understand their business objectives, and ensure that digital marketing strategies align with their overall brand vision.
Innovative Campaigns:
Be the leader for change: Conceptualise and oversee the execution of innovative and effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
Performance Management:
Lead high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Bing, optimising for maximum ROAS.
Performance Analysis:
Work with the analytics team to monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Professional Competencies
* Extensive PPC Experience: Proven track record in high-budget PPC management, particularly on Google, Meta, Tik Tok and Bing with a strong grasp of current trends and technologies.
* Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, with an expert-level understanding of analytics, reporting, and attribution modelling.
* Qualifications: Google Ads and Analytics certified
* Industry Knowledge: 5+ years in digital marketing, with substantial experience in the luxury hospitality or high-end retail sectors a plus.
* Confident Presenter: Strong client-facing skills, with experience in public speaking and presenting complex strategies in a clear, engaging manner.
