CMA Recruitment Group are working with an expanding SME business in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will involve a variety of duties.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?
* Creating purchase orders from requisitions including determining correct coding.
* Reconciling supplier statements and proactively resolving queries with colleagues and third parties.
* Manage supplier payment expectations.
* Supporting with purchase ledger data entry work.
Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:
* Good communication skills incorporating both written and verbal.
* Previous purchase ledger or data entry experience.
