You’ll be working with a team that values integrity, professionalism, and local expertise. Your responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator will include the following: Registering and qualifying potential buyers. Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice. Negotiating offers and closing sales. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Staying up to date with market trends in North West London. Contributing to community initiatives and local events. You will be rewarded the following: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary Generous commission structure with an OTE in Year 1 approx. £45,000 - £50,000 Required skills: Experience in residential sales. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for property. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of Belsize Park, West Hampstead, or Queen’s Park.
