Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Senator Group.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement, compliance, and effectiveness of our quality management system (QMS).
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, maintaining and assessing our QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* Maintaining traceability and regulatory documentation to support product quality and regulatory audits.
* Supporting risk management activities to ensure full ISO compliance across the group.
* Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards, and supporting audits by regulatory bodies, customers, or third parties.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar quality role, with strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards. They will also have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
