We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is a key role within their technology function, where you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programmes for a range of business-critical projects.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Support the development of business cases from inception to execution, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and understanding of impacts.
o Measure and report progress, ensuring alignment with governance processes, and communicate with stakeholders to gain approvals.
o Manage project cost, quality, and timelines, identify dependencies across functions, and ensure projects close satisfactorily within agreed governance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in software project delivery.
* Strong skills in project risk management and staff leadership.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Competence in managing project dependencies and delivering high-quality outcomes within set timeframes.
* Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
* Knowledge of financial services, particularly in payments, is highly desirable.
