Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Partner
Are you an experienced Secretary or Junior PA looking to progress your career into a Personal Assistant role within a Professional Services environment?
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a professional and hardworking individual to join a busy team as a Personal Assistant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Handle enquiries on behalf of the Managing Partner, including answering emails and telephone calls.
2. Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence as required.
3. Accurately take minutes, attend regular board meetings, and record/distribute meeting minutes.
4. Provide administrative support such as collating reports, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
5. Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
The ideal candidate:
1. Has experience in similar roles such as Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator, Secretary, or Team Assistant.
2. Is an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
3. Possesses a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and team involvement.
4. Is professional, personable, positive, and driven.
5. Must be prepared to travel and stay away on occasions.
