Adhere to Safe Systems of Work.
Generate Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks for production assets using Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) methodology.
Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on failures.
Perform criticality assessments and condition monitoring (training provided if required).
Participate in FOCUS Assessments.
Utilise issued equipment for the safe execution of tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to coordinate, structure, and execute the R100 Reliability Process. Skills and Experience Required for this Reliability Engineer role:
Electrically or mechanically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, ideally apprentice-trained.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel (formulae, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Valid, clean UK driving licence.
HNC/HND qualifications are advantageous.
CAT1 VA, IR, or Acoustics knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Proven experience in a reliability team, focusing on RCA assessments.
Strong process-driven mindset with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively. This role demands a confident engineer capable of guiding clients and managing their expectations. With the head office based in Lincolnshire, the position covers the majority of the UK and requires some overnight stays.
