Foxhills Collection is seeking a dedicated Golf Operations Assistant to join our team and contribute to the seamless operation of our renowned golf facilities at our prestigious establishment. Position: Seasonal Golf Operations Assistant Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey Type: Casual, seasonal contract until 31 st October 2025 with possible extension opportunities. Responsibilities: Assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including practice areas, changing rooms, and golf buggies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, locker rooms, and other public areas Assist with the set-up and coordination of golf events, tournaments, and outings Ensure organisation of daily hire items Greet and welcome members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiries Monitor pace of play on the golf course and assist in enforcing golf course rules and etiquette Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shop Requirements: Previous experience in an outside services or customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment Passion for golf and a basic understanding of how golf courses operate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills helpful for daily tasks Benefits: Competitive salary package Company pension scheme – People’s Partnership Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
