UK Culinary Lead, Foodservice Arla Head Office, Leeds LS10 1AB We are currently seeking a Culinary Lead to support our UK Foodservice team across key channels, including Organised Chains and Wholesale channels. Foodservice is a strategic growth priority within our 2026 strategy and represents the fastest-growing channel at Arla UK. This diverse and dynamic marketplace includes a range of customers, from national & regional Wholesalers to Organised chains. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our foodservice 2026 strategy, focusing on bringing our portfolio to life for both new and existing customers and supporting our innovation pipeline. Additionally, it involves building strong relationships with key culinary contacts across the industry. What do we offer? As a Culinary Lead, you will join our commercial Foodservice team based at our head office in Leeds and report to the Arla Pro Head of Organised Chains. Key responsibilities include; Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their culinary needs and unlocking growth opportunities. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities across customers in key channels, including QSR, FSR, Pubs, and key Wholesale customers. Deliver presentations and tastings to showcase our current range and innovations. Support commercial teams at key trade events throughout the year. Gather insights on food trends and customer preferences to support the innovation pipeline and customer-specific innovations. Provide feedback and testing on new product innovations to aid ongoing development. Help upskill the broader Foodservice team by sharing insights on the functionality of our portfolio. Assist the Foodservice Marketing team in enhancing the visibility of our portfolio through social media and online platforms. What will make you successful The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the Foodservice industry, demonstrating a proven track record of building positive relationships and driving business growth. We are seeking a team player with a passionate, can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed. The successful applicant should; Be highly organised, with excellent culinary skills and a strong drive for innovative ideas. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders, including local sales teams and customers.
