As a Residential Counsellor in our Stroud team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our clients. You’ll provide comprehensive trauma-informed one-to-one counselling, facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, and lead psychoeducational workshops, all while supporting and encouraging clients to maintain abstinence in their ongoing recovery.
We’re looking for a qualified and experienced counsellor who excels at building strong therapeutic relationships and motivating clients to progress and meet their goals. Your role will be vital in helping individuals develop the resilience and skills necessary for a successful recovery.
