Residential Conveyancer Permanent Full Time role, based on site 37 hours per week Salary up to £30k - £35k DOE Based in Huddersfield Medlock Partners are supporting a well-respected and thriving legal services business, who are looking for an experiences residential conveyancer to join their team in Huddersfield. The successful person will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, purchases and transfers of equity. Key responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer: · Manage own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases (New build properties), leasehold matters and transfer of equity · Provide expert legal advice and customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process · Accurately forecast monthly exchanges and completions in line with company requirements to ensure cases are completed on a timely and cost-effective basis · Continuously achieve individual and team targets in relation to customer service, number of exchanges, timelines, and average fees · Mentor and support junior team members, offering technical and business advice · Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures Key requirements for the Residential Conveyancer: · Minium 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing managing your own caseload ideally with new build properties · Strong knowledge of property law and residential conveyancing process · Proven ability to manage caseload independently and delegate tasks efficiency · Excellent communication skills · Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies. · A high level of attention to detail while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines If you are interested in this Residential Conveyancer position and feel your experience matches the criteria, then please apply now for immediate consideration or for more information please contact Andrew Santamaria Medlock Partners are a professional services recruitment specialist operating across England.
