Responsibilities
1. Greeting customers in showroom, discussing wish list, timeline, budgets etc.
2. Booking surveys and consultations, and advising clients on design options.
3. Complete site surveys and produce scale drawn plans.
4. Create designs with ergonomics, aesthetics, ambience, lighting etc. & costing these.
5. Selling kitchens consultatively, educating clients to ensure best outcomes.
6. Processing contracts and involvement post installation.
Qualifications
1. Experience in kitchen or interior design.
2. Skilled in closing sales and bringing visions to life.
3. Understanding the complexities of designing, selling and progressing orders to delivery.
4. Be able to read a client and building rapport is key.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. A pro-active, can-do personality and someone who is prepared to get stuck in.
Compensation and Benefits
In return, the successful Kitchen Designer will earn a basic salary of up to £28,000 and an OTE of up to £45,000, as well as the following benefits:
