About the role
9 Month Fixed Term Contract
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mutual Direct Customer Service team as a Customer Support Administrator on a 9-month fixed term contract.
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will deliver an effective administration service to Mutual Direct Call Centre, Customer Support Centre and NFU Mutual members through the accurate and efficient administration of incoming post and cheques, policy cancellations and the dispatch of essential policyholder documentation in line with policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

As part of our thriving and vibrant team, you’ll handle and respond to internal customer queries and provide an excellent level of administrative support to your colleagues. We’ll provide everything you need to develop your knowledge and skills to ensure you can provide a first-class service to your internal customers.
About you
You'll bring valuable experience in an administration role, where excellent communication skills and a high level of organisation are key to your success.
Your strong attention to detail ensures that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
With proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, you'll be able to navigate and manage various administrative tasks seamlessly. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team will contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
As well as the above you’ll have:
* The ability to build good relationships with internal stakeholders by listening to their requirements
* Ability to manage your own work effectively to meet SLAs and procedural requirements.
* Knowledge of retail general insurance products is desirable.
