Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the Test team working on PC and Console game projects.
* Ensure top quality releases by designing and delivering QA strategies, processes, and best practices
* Ownership of resource allocation, project schedules and delivery timelines
* Work closely with the development teams, production heads and wider business to provide updates on project progress.
* Mentor and train team members to foster professional growth.
* Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
* Regular monitoring and reporting of performance indicators
* Own the recruitment process for new hires into the QA function
* Hold regular meetings with production and department heads to drive improvements.
Experience and skills you’ll need:
* A number of years’ experience in a QA Lead or Manager role from a Gaming background
* Recent experience of managing a small QA / Test team.
* Demonstrable ability in the creation and development of Quality Strategies, Policies and Test Plans
* Proficiency in using test management tools
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to describe identified issues clearly and concisely.
* A demonstrated passion for games.
