IFA Administrator / Lichfield / Permanent, Full Time/ Monday to Friday / 9.00am to 5.00pm/ Start ASAP
Small friendly office based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, the company offers comprehensive financial planning services for pensions and investment needs. We are looking for an administrator as part of a new team, to offer our clients a personal service as we expand.
The Role
* New Business processing
* Updating the organisations CRM system with appropriate data
* Updating and responding to web chat or online enquiries
* Answering correspondence received into the organisations central email box or forwarding them to the appropriate person, logging the interaction onto the organisations CRM system when appropriate
* Answering and dealing with in-coming telephone calls to the organisations central telephone number, logging interactions onto the organisations CRM System when appropriate
* Photocopy and Print various documents.
* Create & maintain filing system
* Liaise with staff in other departments
* Ad hoc requests
* Letters of Authority
* Calling providers to request information
* Working to service standards

* NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Services
* Good understanding of best practice advice processes, compliance policies, guidance, standards and procedures.
* IT Literate: Outlook, Word, Excel
* Experience of working in the financial sector or other compliance governed industry
* Experience of IFAs and their processes
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent customer service skills
