We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our growing team. This is a core role within the Navitas Life Sciences business, where you will focus on the successful delivery of consultancy projects, managing project workstreams and client relationships, as well as initiating business development activities. An example of job responsibilities include the following: To own project deliverables to ensure effective implementation of consultancy projects
* To own defined project deliverables and act as a day to day point of contact for client (at a functional or team level) to provide professional and distinctive solutions
* To understand client needs and contribute to the creation and management of project plans
* To contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of project recommendations and development of robust client solutions
* To support client workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews as required
* To manage project documentation - the preparation and filing of documents, e.g. VPO, status reports,
* To conduct data analysis, e.g. document/data collection, data analysis, and interpretation
To build effective relationships with internal and external colleagues
* To support client relationship through demonstrating understanding of the business and client's needs
* To perform effective liaison with both internal colleagues and external client team members
* To identify any business development or sell on opportunities - pass to the project lead or account owner
* To work effectively with colleagues e.g. project and internal teams
To be an effective member of the organization and support Company initiatives
* Act as an effective team member, participate in company meetings and support Navitas Life Sciences values/practices
* To contribute to the development of collateral for projects/domain areas e.g. case studies, PoV, tools
* Demonstrate appropriate professionalism, drive and responsibility for tasks and own development within Navitas Life Sciences
3 years in a Life Science industry or consulting role
* Experience in 1 of the following areas is preferred:
+ Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance + Clinical Development Processes + Labelling, Regulatory Affairs + Risk Management, Quality and Compliance Evidence of capability
* Basic consulting skills:
+ Analytical thinking skills and tools + process mapping techniques + workshop facilitation, lead brainstorm / problem solving work sessions
* Clear, concise, articulate communication - written and verbal
+ Understand and articulate client needs + Confidence in presenting, lead meetings + Client interviewing techniques
* Developing project management and client relationship management skills
* Personal skills: Confidence, professionalism, self-starter, resilience, social awareness
US - Remote Strong degree (2:1 in a relevant subject area (e.g. Science or industry related) PhD or MBA preferable
