They will Assist in configuring, preparing, maintaining, utilizing, and or designing test stations and test equipment. They will perform electronic testing with instructions and documentation from the engineering team. They may prepare basic documentation and prototype assembly. Responsibilities:- Conducting manual and automated testing of electronic circuits and sub-assemblies. Fault-finding to component level on PCB •s using related equipment, e.g. Oscilloscope and DVM Supporting the production team with occasional electronics assembly support. Providing testing feedback to the production team to help drive continuous improvement. Testing of equipment including Electrical safety checks e.g., Megger & flash testing Supporting the Assembly of Electronics Test and Measurement equipment. To be successful in this role you will: Have an Electronic based apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent experience. Have considerable experience working in an Electronics Lab or Bench environment as a Test Technician or Engineer. Be able to fault find electronic circuits to a component level using supporting documentation. Have a good foundation in electronics circuit theory, either through an apprenticeship, industry or academia.
