Customer Advocacy Specialist - B2B SaaS - 3 Month Contract - London (Remote Working)
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Advocacy Specialist to amplify customer voices, build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring they derive maximum value from the product and become loyal advocates. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy through strategic engagement and support.
Responsibility
1. Understand customer their needs, challenges, and successes with our products
2. Create and execute customer reference programs, case studies, and testimonials
3. Share customer success stories and best practices internally and externally
4. Analyse customer feedback for trends and insights, and share with relevant teams
5. Create compelling content for blog posts, whitepapers, and social media
6. Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to drive advocacy initiatives
Requirements
7. 2+ years in customer advocacy, customer success, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
8. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
9. Ability to interpret customer feedback and data
10. Proven ability to create engaging marketing content
11. Proficient with Salesforce CRM and advocacy platforms
