Hourly pay rate: £12.00
I am a 95 year old lady, with various health needs and need someone to be with me, to keep me safe. I have interests in reading, craft work and gardening. I enjoy going out in the car, and driving around my local area. I have two cats, so a cat lover is essential. I am looking for someone to cover for 2 hours per day, alternate weekends, so my main PA can have a break. Duties will include - keeping me safe when I am mobilising around my home, making me a hot drink, basic meal preparation and providing me with companionship.
Duties include:
Medication prompting/administering
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Housekeeping
Companionship
Looking after pets
Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:

Reliable with good timekeeping
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Must be comfortable with pets
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
