MCL requires a Project Administrator to work with our Oil and Gas client from their project offices in Leatherhead. NB: This role is INSIDE IR35 - Umbrella PAYE would be required Duration: for an initial 5 month contract role that has an immediate start Rate: a target PAYE rate to worker of circa £20.00 per hour. Hours: 40 hours per week Location: The role will be based 5 days a week in the Clients Offices in Leatherhead, Surrey. Possibility of Fridays being acceptable to work from home. TBA Candidates MUST have UK Right to Work Organize meeting rooms and catering Organize seating and furniture requirements as people join/leave the team Write project letters, number, issue and file Organize SharePoint access and access for new starters and visitors Organize taxis etc for visitors Liaise with IT for conference room problems and general IT requirements for project team Get the TV monitor ready for 11am tool box talks and distribute the tool box notes Ensure photocopiers etc are working/replenished by IT Organize business Travel arrangements Maintain project admin lists/ registers on SharePoint- vacation/ IT equipment/ catering/ travel/ letter logs etc SharePoint/Word/Excel and Docusign
