About this opportunity:
This exciting new position is responsible for supporting the Compliance and Security functions in Real Estate. This will be a varied role engaging with cross-functional colleagues and workstreams. We are constantly raising the bar and this role will be an integral part of the continued development in this area.
Location:
This position can be in the UK or Ireland; other European locations would be considered.
What you will do:
* Support Real Estate Compliance and Security with gap analysis in Gensuite and Archer.
* Become a super user for the security Archer platform, supporting the wider team with reporting and data integrity.
* Manage the file structure for both SharePoint and Eridoc, ensuring the files within the structure are relevant and up to date.
* Manage the communication of lessons learnt for internal and external audits.
* Monitor audit deadlines and report to the global compliance lead on outstanding items.
* Conduct monthly reviews in both Gensuite and Archer, as requested by the Global Compliance lead.
* Review IFM partners SOP’s and forward gaps to Global Compliance lead.
* Administrate purchase orders for Space CoE and Flowscape, requesting timely delivery of quotations and invoicing.
* Review PIA’s relating to compliance and security on an annual basis.
* Prepare reports as required by the wider team.
* Attend operational meetings as required to validate data and statistics.
* Demonstrate experience of developing and implementing global standards.
* Provide project support as required.
