I am seeking an RGN qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager for a new 60+ bedded elderly nursing home in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
Ensuring the provision of high quality care
Overseeing the care staff and assuming full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present
Ensure each resident’s care plan and daily records are up to date.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager
Good knowledge of CQC standards
Ability to engage with the service users and understand their needs
NMC registered with an active PIN
Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
