Invogue is looking for a Product Development & Brand Executive to drive the development of innovative beauty products while ensuring they align with the brand's overall strategy. This role bridges product development and branding, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and market impact. Working closely with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams, you will play a key role in bringing high-quality, trend-driven products to market while strengthening the brand's presence.
This is an office-based position, and you will need to commute to our headquarters in Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the full product development process, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market positioning.
* Work with suppliers and manufacturers to create innovative formulations and packaging.
* Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are met.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistency in product messaging and brand identity.
* Support brand campaigns, product storytelling, and go-to-market strategies to enhance brand presence.
* Conduct market research, analysing trends and competitor activity to inform product and brand decisions.
* Evaluate product performance post-launch, using insights to strengthen both product development and brand strategy.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of three years in product development, branding, or a related role in the beauty industry.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development processes, market trends, and branding strategies.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Project Management: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Creative & Analytical Thinking: A strategic mindset with a blend of creativity and problem-solving ability.
* Passion for Beauty: Enthusiastic about the beauty industry and committed to delivering high-quality products.
* Desirable: Previous experience working on branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, or product positioning strategies.
