Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure continuity in the students' learning Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining a positive learning environment Provide support and guidance to students as needed Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate school staff Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience in teaching or working with students Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a teaching role Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the national curriculum Strong classroom management skills Ability to engage and motivate students Excellent organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience in working as a supply teacher Working Conditions: The role may involve working in different schools and classrooms, adapting to varying teaching environments.
