1. Assist in the timely and accurate processing of payroll using the HR Cloud system (Access Software), including starter/leaver data and other payroll-related changes.
2. Support the production of HR and payroll reports as needed.
3. Serve as a key point of contact for payroll queries, delivering excellent customer service.
4. Contribute to the completion of month-end and year-end payroll procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory HR and payroll regulations.
6. Maintain HR and payroll systems, including job hierarchy, document uploads, and personal data management.
