About this opportunity
We're seeking a director to join our Broker Growth team based in Birmingham. This role involves forming, nurturing, and developing new broker relationships to aid brokers and their clients with specific invoice finance solutions. You'll work with businesses from start-ups to those with turnovers up to £25 million, implementing facilities ranging from £25,000 to £5,000,000.
What you'll be doing:
* Build and maintain strong broker relationships to support clients with tailored invoice finance solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end client application and onboarding journey, until they are a live client. At which point, a warm handover to the Client Manager should be undertaken.
* Complete annual compliance reviews for all brokers within the portfolio.
* Accelerate value and income growth by targeting and supporting larger and more complex businesses.
* Maximise opportunities through a focused broker contact strategy, boosting visibility in the marketplace, and inspiring brokers by sharing success stories and demonstrating the impact of our solutions.
* Strengthen and influence relationships with customers involved in broker relationships, client underwriting, and onboarding to deliver solution-led funding at pace.
