Job Title : Business Development Manager - Partnerships (FX Payments)

Overview :
Join our client, a leading FX payments provider in a pivotal role that combines business development, strategic partnerships, and account management.
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in FX payments to drive growth and build relationships with high-value private clients and strategic partners.
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility on location while providing the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most innovative products and influential clients.
Key Responsibilities :
* Drive New Business : Proactively identify, target, and secure new strategic partnerships with large-scale organisations and high-net-worth individuals (private clients).
* Account Management : Inherit a portfolio of core private clients, ensuring excellent relationship management, client retention, and up-selling opportunities.
* Partnership Growth : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and deepen relationships with strategic partners, delivering tailored FX solutions to meet their needs.
* Revenue Generation : Achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging your commercial acumen and FX industry knowledge.
* Strategic Input : Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to shape and implement the partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
* Market Expertise : Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform your business development strategy.
What We’re Looking For :
* Proven experience in business development and account management within the FX payments sector with private clients.
* A solid track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FX products, services, and market trends.
* Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering value to clients.
* Experience working for a payments provider, FX broker, or bank in a client-focused, revenue-generating role.
