Sleaford Building Services have an opening within our busy office for a Project Administrator.

A Project Administrator is a fundamental part of the company to facilitate the smooth running of projects and the company. We are looking for a self-motivated, pragmatic individual who is PC literate and can work as a team, whilst using your own initiative to fulfil this fast-paced role.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Effectively communicate with colleagues and external parties both verbally and electronically.
* Manage outgoing post.
* Manage meeting room bookings.
* Reception duties to efficiently handle telephone calls, external visitors, and deliveries.
* Document control for Mechanical, Electrical, and Construction projects using in-house or client cloud-based software.
* Developing project Operating and Maintenance Manuals and Building Logbooks.
* Collation of project Health and Safety documentation.
* Analysis of pre-qualifying questionnaire for subcontractor shortlist.
* Completion of client questionnaire to obtain approved status.
* Maintaining Site Operatives/Managers training matrix, along with sourcing required courses.
* Booking accommodation and travel for Site Operatives/Managers.
* Preparing lunch and replenishing food stock.
* Ability to organise and execute work in prioritised order.
* Ad hoc administration: filing, printing, PPE control, DBS Clearance admin, and holiday cover for further duties.
