The Housing Specialist will be responsible for triaging complex housing queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to customers' needs, and managing some cases directly. Key Responsibilities: Triaging and managing complex housing queries.Providing support to customers via telephone, email, and digital channels.Actively engaging with customers to understand and resolve their issues.Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and ideas.
