You work from home or from a coworking space. You travel a lot to visit clients, prospects and to participate in business fairs. You will play a key role in driving growth across food industries and food services key accounts in Northern Europe, especially Germany, UK, Switzerland, Ireland, Austria, Scandinavia. You are our first sales member in charge of this area. You enjoy a great autonomy and take initiatives to drive sales growth and increase our market share on açai market in Europe. Your goal is to convince food ingredients suppliers, industries and restaurants to rely on us for their sourcing. You put forward our impact-driven project, high-level ESG policies, top quality and efficient operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1/ Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the region. Collaborate with the marketing & communication team to develop regional sales strategies. Understand and address client needs to deliver superior customer service. Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms of trade to maximize profit and growth. Monitor and analyse sales performance Represent Nossa at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. 2/ Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends. 3/ Stakeholder & Budget Management: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure client needs are met. Manage regional sales budget and ensure expenditure is within allocated funds. PROFILE 1/ Skills Proven track record of identifying and converting leads into successful, long-term partnerships. Strong knowledge of the Northern European market and an established network is a plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Northern European languages (e.g., German, Dutch, Swedish) is a plus.
