We are looking for an experienced Workday Extend Solution Architect to help shape our future product offerings on the Workday platform.
This year we have created a brand-new Product Incubator team to focus entirely on innovating new products on the Workday platform. This team sits within the Workday Product organisation and has a goal to identify and create new products. The team will identify, build, sell and operate these new products until they become mature products.
Workday has announced a number of changes this year that will fuel partner activity to create apps on Workday. This includes the Marketplace, the AI Gateway, AWS integration and the ‘Built on Workday’ programme. These initiatives provide the technical and commercial framework for creating a thriving product ecosystem on the Workday platform. With this new team we want Kainos to become the leading Partner in the Marketplace.
You will be experienced using technologies and platforms including Workday Extend, AWS and AI. You will work within a small, collaborative team, owning the technical design and fully responsible for technical solutions for one or more new products.
You will also work with our product team to help build out our customer-focused roadmaps. You’ll be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, creating proof-of-concepts along with gathering user feedback to design solutions that challenge the problems faced by our customers and prospects. You will be leading product certification of apps on the Built on Workday platform.
