As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to achieve store goals and objectives Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and optimize product placement Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain a high-performing team Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently Collaborate with regional management to implement company-wide initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers and employees Oversee cash management and financial reporting for the store Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to drive store performance Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role Background in fashion or luxury retail Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions Experience in inventory management and loss prevention techniques Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices Commitment to promoting company values and fostering a positive store culture Please note this role is a full time, permanent contract. The hours are 45h per week, 5 days over 7 including a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
