Recruitment Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to manage our recruitment process and provide administrative support to the HR Manager. This role involves supporting the HR Manager on a daily basis as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advertise and maintain vacancies on various job boards using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Assist with the initial screening of CVs.
* Review CV applications and coordinate with management regarding shortlisted candidates.
* Arrange interviews, including preparing interview schedules and inviting candidates.
* Conduct initial phone screening calls when necessary.
* Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Obtain interview feedback from hiring managers.
* Liaise with recruitment agencies.
* Keep the ATS updated with candidate progress and notes.
* Compile and report management information (MI) on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Promote and encourage feedback from candidates and employers to drive continuous improvement.
* Adhere to recruitment processes, policies, and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar fast-paced role.
* Proficiency in using job boards.
* Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with external agencies is desirable but not essential.
* Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience with an ATS.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
* Professional and confident demeanor.
* Competent in using MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
